Postion, Velocity, and Accelaration.

Position says where a particle is in a 1-D direction at a given time.
Displacement is the change of postion. xf-xi
Average Velocity is the change of postition divided by the change in time. tf-ti
Instantanous Velocity is the super small change of postion over an infinately small span of time. dx/dt
This can also be used as the slope of the line
Slope is given by the derivative an equation at a certain time.
Therefore, the derivative of a postition equation will give the velocity at a certain time.
